We investigated a lot of things on digital portfolios to now what is expected of us in our task. Look at my report.

My report

A digital portfolio is a portfolio/website that gives people in the outside world information about you that you want to put on it. A digital portfolio is something similar to a book, you are first in the beginning you are explaining what the book is about and where and how you could get to that page or part and you explain or show what you wanted to show from the beginning. A digital portfolio is good in many ways; it is a piece of work you can alter any time and any where with a computer and internet. Every body in the world will see your work and be able to use it in a good way to help him or her hopefully.

For every thing you do there is an example you have to see to know what it is you have to do. I saw a few examples and there was one that really grabbed my attention and that digital portfolio belonged to a student named Abdurrahman and what really grabbed my attention is the nice colors he used for his background but his text was not clear with colors similar to the background. Abdurrahman was writing in slang and not all people could understand what he said, leaving that to a side his layout was very clear and understandable and he had it in a easy to get around way.

There are many ways you can make digital portfolios by and we investigated in some of them. We looked at Html, wiki spaces and dream weaver to make a website/digital portfolio. Html for me a a rather complicated way of making a website and I would not want to use it for my digital portfolio but a rather easy and efficient one would be wikispaces.com which we have already made a space in and began experimenting in which I found was the best. Dream weaver is a program rather complicated that you do not have complete control of where things go and how.

Plan for digital portfolio homepage

This week in I t I did a lot of planning for the digital portfolio and I made the plans very good. First I made the plan for the whole digital portfolio and now I made the plan for my home page. I believe it is a good home page and will be good for students every where to get good information from it and hopefully learn something.

Inspiration plan for digital portfolio

These two lessons Monday and Wednesday I have been planing my digital portfolio and finally saying what will be put on it. I decided that I will make on the side as a theme a sword and then the link to a page. I have to put a lot of subjects and I will have to get all the information that I will put on the digital portfolio I think my digital portfolio will be really good and full of good information and will help myself and a lot of people
